The weight room features all of the equipment and free weights imaginable. Fantasy Camp attendees will go through the same program that our SU orange men's basketball team goes through.

2 separate hot and Cold tubs for before and after practice and games during your fantasy camp stay.
3rd tub is for aquatic training and captures the athletes underwater movements when rehabbing and training onto a video monitor for expert analysis.
